Building Coordinator
 
Large Tampa area company seeks building coordinator to be the primary liaison between the client and our company. Tasks include: office move coordination, general building preventive maintenance activities (fire extinguisher and generator testing), and basic administrative (mail room, shipping, receiving) and monthly reporting work. Candidate must be willing to remain on-call in case of alarm or building emergency after hours. OT may be required.

Some supervisory experience is preferred. Building maintenance or facility coordination experience preferred
